I have been a customer of Louis Vuitton for more that 2 years now and honestly whenever I walked into the store I have never heard the words "It can't be done". So you could imagine how shocked I was when I wanted to get my luggage tag hot stamp. of course I wanted it to be done in a way that is usually not offered to everyone. The sales associate told me that it couldn't be done but I never take NO as an answer.
